Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak seasons (Mother's Day, Christmas), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days
Express Shipping (where available): 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, or holidays.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on orders over $49 USD.

For orders under $49, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method selected. Typical rates to the United States: Standard $11.99 · Express $23.99.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties
