Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- During peak seasons (November–December), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard international shipping: approximately 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
- Tracking: A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships.
- Delivery times are estimates — customs clearance may add delays outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 14+ days, contact hello@oomly.store with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
